Troopr can be accessed via the App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices. Employers can access our portal both via an app and website.

Feel free to apply for as many jobs as you like, as long as there are no overlapping shifts. Our app features a job calendar to help you keep track of your availability and avoid double-booking yourself.
All information and data stored on the Troopr App is fully compliant strictly with Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Your information and data would only be used to apply, accept, review and enhance your Troopr profile; we also have in place a robust data management and security framework to ensure all your data is stored securely in line with the best industry standards.
Your earnings will be credited directly to your Total Earnings on your Troopr Account after each job you complete where you have the option to withdraw your funds from the app directly into your bank account or we automatically transfer the cumulative funds fortnightly.

If you require a troopr to specifically come with their own tools, please list what exact tools you need in the additional notes section and communicate with them once they accept your job.
Every troopr goes through a verification process which involves an identification check through KYC, interview round and a basic culture fit test.
Yes you can see his previous work experience and job ratings on the application once you post for a job requirement and based on your preference you can select the desired troopr. All the trooprs are pre interviewed by us and only once they qualify are they selected in our portal with regular training provided to them. You can only screen them for full time / longer period part time job.
Each and every troopr is provided a basic training and we do regular quality checks to assess each trooprs performance. i)Carefully pack fragile items with bubble wrap or any form of secure packaging to keep your items safe.  ii) Ensure to add it in to the additional notes and communicate to your troopr that the item is fragile.  iii) Request your Troopr to take a ‘before’ and ‘after’ picture of the item.

There are no fixed working hours as a Troopr. Jobs are available 24 hours, 7 days a week! You are free to work only when you can, by claiming jobs you want to do.

The more jobs you do, the more you earn. Average earnings for Troopr starts from Rs 150/ per hour and may be higher depending on the type of jobs that you do.
No, there are no vehicle requirements to be a Troopr. There are many types of jobs available where no transportation is required.
If the job requires personal transportation, you are free to use your own vehicle as long as it is in a good working condition.
Yes! As a Troopr, you get to choose the type of work you like:
I.Hourly gig jobs Short task-based jobs that can be completed in less than an hour or up to 3 days. You can do these jobs during your free time, weekends or even after office hours.
II. Contract jobs Contract jobs are jobs that are not full-time and has a specified time period e.g. Be a packer GoGetter from 9am to 5pm for 4 months.
III. Part-time jobs Part-time jobs are jobs that are not full-time and has < 40hours per week. e.g. Be a packer GoGetter to work 3-hours night shift every night.
Troopr as a company don’t charge any commission from the workers so that workers get the maximum benefit, Troopr as a company charges standard service fee inclusive of gst to the employer.
Troops working for us will get auto paid every fortnightly as they can receive a cumulative amount for all the jobs completed within those 14 days also they have an option to withdraw the funds in the app based on their convenience but can take up to 48hrs to process.
If you have applied for a shift but your plans have changed or you don't think you can make it any more, it's crucial that you remove your application.
You can do this by clicking on the job in your dashboard's 'Applied' section and then clicking the 'Cancellation' button. 
There is no penalty for withdrawing from shifts before being selected. However, once you are hired to work a shift, your reliability could be affected if you withdraw.
After being hired to work a job, you will receive a notification and you can find it in the 'Active' section on your jobs dashboard. We highly recommend clicking into the job and reviewing the job details and requirements, including:
Date and time
Location
Uniform requirements (if applicable)
Any other shift requirements (e.g. if an online induction is required)
If you are unable to meet any requirements you should withdraw from the job as soon as possible. Bear in mind that any withdrawals are subject to the conditions outlined in our Reliability Policy.
You should be 18 years and above, should have an online banking account & a smartphone with data connection. Good command over Hindi and English along with a valid identity proof but the most important skill to work in troopr is providing exceptional quality service in any industry.
