You can book as far in advance as you'd like, or even last minute depending on availability. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance for large events.
Yes, absolutely! You can add multiple professionals such as a chef and a bartender to the same event from within the app.
Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with your professional's details. You can chat with them directly in the app to discuss any specifics for your event.

After the job is completed and approved, your earnings are typically transferred directly to your bank account within 24 to 48 hours.

Pricing is based on the service selected, the duration of the event, and any additional requests. You will see an upfront estimate before booking.

No, Troopr is fully transparent. The price you see at checkout is the final price, inclusive of all service fees.
Depending on the service and event size, a small deposit may be required to secure your professional's availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your event for a full refund. Modifications made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
In the rare event that a professional cancels, we will immediately notify you and work to find a replacement of equal or higher quality at no additional cost.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance do not incur a fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a partial cancellation fee.
